Precautions for operating the brush tufting machine
The transmission structure of the brush tufting machine consists of a main drive shaft and a system of four servo drive shafts. The four servo axes are the horizontal X axis, the vertical Y axis, the molting Z axis and the rotation A axis. The XY two-axis coordinates determine the position of the toothbrush hole, the A-axis plays the role of changing to the next toothbrush, and the Z-axis plays the role of changing the color of the toothbrush.
When the spindle motor (controlled by the frequency converter) runs, the four electronically controlled servo axes run along with it, and when the spindle stops, the other four axes follow up and stop. The rotational speed of the main shaft determines the speed of hair planting, and the four servo shafts respond to the request for a harmonious drive, otherwise there will be hair loss or uneven hair.
In order to prevent the above problems, the editor thinks that the following problems should be paid attention to when operating the brush tufting machine:
1. When the machine is started, do not open the door on the right side of the machine to prevent items such as clothes from being caught in the belt.
2. Do not reach into the started machine.
3. Do not drop tools or other items such as brush handles into the running machine to prevent damage to the parts caused by the impact of the tufting head or the tufting knife.
4. If the parts are worn, please replace them as soon as possible to prevent other local parts from being damaged together or producing poor quality waste products.
5. Pay attention to the cleaning, maintenance and smoothness of the machine.
6. Add clean 46-48# hydraulic oil to the fuel tank.
