Raw material (strip steel coil) → unwinding → straight head leveling → steel strip cutting and butt welding → horizontal looper → forming rolling → high frequency welding → removing burr outside the weld → cooling → sizing → straightening → Cut to length → Drop pipe

1.2 Hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip (in line with GB700-88)

1.3 Material: low carbon steel, low alloy steel

1.4 Strip thickness: 1.5~5.0mm (in line with GB708-88)

1.5 Strip width: 150~400mm

1.6 Inner diameter of coil: Φ450~550mm

1.7 Outer diameter of coil: Φ1000~1500mm

1.8 Reel weight: ≤3500kg
