The brush roller plays a pivotal role in the production lines of hot-dip galvanizing, pickling, and color coating of strips. The brush wire is generally made of nylon curved wire with a diameter of 0.5 or abrasive nylon curved wire. In terms of the service life cycle, the occlusal brush roller is dominant, which is composed of a single brush sleeve, a key, a brush roller shaft, and an end plate to form an integral brush roller assembly.
The nylon bristles are made into single-piece brush covers, which are combined and pressed on the brush roller shaft, fixed by keys and end plates at both ends, and the outer circumference of the nylon brush bristles is integrally turned. It has the characteristics of simple structure, reasonable design and long service life, which can increase the number of single-piece brush sleeves installed on the effective length of the brush roller shaft by about 10%, which can fill the bristles with high density and improve the cleaning quality.
