Product overview:

1. This equipment is a special equipment for manufacturing Φ25~Φ90mm, δ1.2~4.0mm high frequency straight seam welded pipes and corresponding square pipes and special-shaped pipes (δ≤3.0mm). The equipment is composed from the feeding rack to the fixed-length cutting and sawing stop. The pipe-making speed can be adjusted accordingly within the range of appropriate pipe diameter and wall thickness.

2. Applicable materials:

(1) Hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip (in line with GB700-88)

(2) Material: low carbon steel, low alloy steel

(3) Strip thickness: 1.2~4.0mm (complies with GB708-88)

(4) Strip width: 80~280mm

(5) Inner diameter of coil: Φ450~550mm

(6) Outer diameter of coil: Φ800~1500mm

(7) Reel weight: ≤2500kg
