The nosing is the main mechanical part of the brush tufting machine. The main actions of the brush tufting machine are: hair removal, thread cutting, iron wire forming, iron wire tying the brush wire, and implanting the brush wire into the hole. The nosing of the machine mainly realizes the above main actions through the connecting rod and cam structure. The nosing of the machine is differentiated according to the hair planting method: copper (patch) type head and Martin (iron wire) type head. The nosing of the machine is divided into four sizes according to the length of the hair planting: 26H, 36H, 75H, 150H. According to the color of the hair planting at the same time, it is divided into: single-color and two-color machine heads. According to the hair planting speed, it can be divided into: ordinary head and high-speed head .
The copper sheet (patch) head mainly uses a certain length of copper sheet (patch) to press the brush wire into the hole, and the copper sheet (patch) is inserted into the two walls of the hole to meet the tensile force requirement.
The Martin machine head forms the iron wire into an inverted U shape, ties the brush wire, and implants it in the hole, and achieves the locking effect through the deformation and expansion of the iron wire.
The fuselage is the main structure of the hair planting machine, which is used to install the head, motor, screw, table and fixture.
The fixture is a device used to install processed products. According to different products and different processes, different fixtures are designed.
Control System
At present, the CNC brush tufting machines on the market are basically driven by servo motors or stepper motors, but different brands, different types of motors, and different quality have certain differences, please choose carefully.
